The Fiber Mall 40G QSFP+ Active Optical Cable (AOC) is a high performance, low power consumption, long reachinterconnect solution supporting 40G Ethernet (40GbE) and Infiniband QDR applications.
It is compliant with the QSFP MSA and IEEE P802.3ba. QSFP AOC is an assembly of 4 full-duplex lanes, where each lane iscapable of transmitting data at rates up to 11.3Gb/s, providing an aggregated rate of 45.2Gb/s. QSFP+AOC is onekind of parallel transceiver which provides increased port density and total system cost savings.

The 40G QSFP+ AOC cables provide an ideal alternative solution to QSFP+ direct attach copper cables (DAC) and QSFP+ transceivers of short reach while providing improved signal integrity, exceptional cost, and performance value.
