This is a short demonstration highlighting some of the enhancements as part of EMC's Virtual Storage Integrator version 5. It includes full vSphere 5 support, expanded platform support and also new features. One of the main new features is a simple, but comprehensive Access Control model - enabling delegation of provisioning and management of storage tasks from Storage Administrators to VMware Administrators - but while keeping control. This capability is support on EMC VNXe, VNX (via ACU) and VMAXe and VMAX (via Storage Pool Manager) - all which integrate with VSI.
