Unifi Network with Cisco switch sg300. This video will show you how to configure a Cisco Switch sg300 to work with Unifi network with UDM Pro ( Unifi Dream Machine Pro ), 2nd Generation Unifi POE switch. This how to also works with Cisco SG350 switch.

I prefer to NOT have a mix environment but we do what we must do to make it work.
I really like the UNIFI ecosystem but sometimes, I have to mix it up with Cisco Switch.

Anyway, this video will show you how to do a factory reset on a Cisco Switch SG300.
Initial User name and password creation.
Activate SSH on Cisco SG300
Basic VLAN Configuration on the Cisco SG300 switch via web console
Basic Voice VOIP VLAN configuration on the Cisco SG300 - via web console
Basic Cisco SG300 switch TRUNK configuration / SwitchPort Mode via SSH Putty

Harden your Cisco switch as you please. ie: Configure Management IP | Enable Secure Login Checking | Restrict & Secure Remote Management Access | Enable Logging | Disable Unused Services | etc...
