Go four port (CRS305-1G-4S+IN - MikroTik 4-Port SFP+ 802.3at/af Switch L5) or eight port MikroTik 9-Port Desktop Switch, 1 Gigabit Ethernet Port, 8 SFP+ 10Gbps Ports (CRS309-1G-8S+IN) and MikroTik is a great way to learn to do more faster and at cost. Here is my review of both and I use them is a mix of NAS setup / high speed direct data usage and backend tunnelings for site to site data syncs testing.

My recommendation for GBIC 10GB for both RJ-45 and SFP fiber connections. I use both.

For RJ-45 GBIC I use the FIBAY 10G-STP-T made by Netgear :https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MM4VMB9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
For Fiber SFP GBIC I use the FluxLight Brand Cisco Compatible SFP-10G-SR 10GBase-SR Optical Transceiver: https://www.amazon.com/FluxLight-Compatible-SFP-10G-SR-10GBase-SR-Transceiver/dp/B0161GCPN6/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=10G+SFP%2B&qid=1568513686&s=electronics&sr=1-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExM0JYOFpVWUVSUzVTJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUExMDQ2MzcyNDBNUElaMDJIMDlBJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA5Mzk1MjMySTFHQ1U2VFY0UUc2JndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
