Well, this one wasn't supposed to be this long but I ran into a few problems... Watch the video to see what happened.
I did ultimately decide to keep the Dell PowerConnect 5448 gigabit switch but I needed to do something about the fan noise. In this video, I got some new fans and went to town trying to replace them in the switch. Easier said than done.
