Nov. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Carol Massar and Courtney Donohoe report on Hewlett-Packard Co.'s agreement to buy 3Com Corp. for $2.7 billion to challenge Cisco Systems Inc. in the computer-networking market.
