This Video displays very Basic and Main difference between DWDM and OTN .

DWDM is basically a technology .
OTN is the complete set which involves DWDM technology with Manageability features added to it (DWDM) .

OTN enables the Monitor , Supervision , Survivability , Troubleshooting configuration and many more features to the DWDM.
