This video shows how to allow callers to switch to their preferred language on an auto attendant. For example, "Thank you for calling, please press 1 for Spanish..." The method shown here uses Preferred Edition otherwise known as Voicemail Pro, this method uses the same auto attendant configuration for each language, this allows for less programming since the auto attendant is the same for each language rather than using a separate auto attendant for each language.
