In this tutorial I will show you How to Configure PPPoE server in Mikrotik Router. PPPoE or Point to Point Tunneling protocol over Ethernet is used by many service provider because of its ability to use central authentication and provide extensive user management. In general, PPPoE is used to provide IP addresses to clients, based on username and password authentication. It is advised not to use static IP addresses or DHCP on the same interfaces as PPPoE.
I will configure PPPoE server for ISP business. So I will show a design here something similar to the ISP business model so that you can plan for small ISP.
So, this video is designed to show how to maintain small ISP by configuring a PPPoE server in MikroTik Router.
