I could have made a better entry point for the fiber optics into the countertop. Also, I used rubber cement to hold the fiber optics in place when we pour the cement. You need to make sure the fiber optics don't exit where the countertop rests on the vanity. IMPORTANT: Also make sure the bunched of fiber optics are not resting on the melamine! If they do, they will be exposed on the countertop. NOW, I believe it would have been better to attach them on top of the wire mesh instead of below. - There are 23 different videos describing each step of the process we did.
