Performance test with DiskSpd (Remote Disk Performance - Part 1)

***
Note: Before you run the test with DiskSpd on a Cluster, set the CSV cache to 0.
DiskSpd create synthetic workloads on Windows Server 2019 Clusters or later (including Storage Spaces Direct S2D).
The Read only cache causes performance slowness with synthetic workloads, however with real workloads it increases performance.

DiskSpd remote disk Performance and Host impact
https://www.s2d.dk/2019/11/diskspd-tips-3.html

The 12 demos in Part 1 shows the remote disk performance with Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) and the impact on the Client Host CPU/Cores

The Part 1 and Part 2 use Chelsio Network Adapteres with RDMA/iWARP

All tests are performed with 8k block size and different amount of threads and numbers of outstanding I/O requests per-target per-thread
6 Read Performance tests followed by 6 Write Performance tests
Each of the test has different configuration and are listed below

Read Performance test:
(02:00) Diskspd.exe -b8K -d10 -Su -L -o1 -t1 -r -w0 -W20 \\S046001e\NVMe\Temp\io.dat
