The EP70xx family comes to market with nine initial offerings, including products with single, dual, and triple rail outputs. All 9 are available in a 5x5x0.75mm flip-chip CSP package, which is 3 to 5 times thinner than traditional integrated power modules and inductors.

With output capabilities from 2 to 10A, the EP70xx family enables solutions for a wide variety of system requirements.
