This video and my other videos cover the basic functions of the Avaya PBX. I am a former Tier 3 Engineer that worked in Denver and I find helping others is very rewarding. This is a way I can share my training with others both new and experienced with the Avaya PBX telephone systems. Any views and expressions in this or any other of my videos are of my own. I am in no way employed or associated with Avaya. I just want to help people with their PBX's.
