Unplug any USB adapter or broadband device, then restart the computer, then plug it back in to a different USB port.
Click the Start or Windows button.
Type and select Device Manager.
Double-click Network adapters to expand the section.
Right-click your wireless network adapter, then click Uninstall.
Click OK at the Confirm Device Install screen.
Click Action, then Scan for hardware changes.
Close Device Manager.
Restart your computer.
