The CE-HD2FO-TX1 and RX1 are HD-SDI to Fiber Optic converters that allow an HD-SDI signal to be transmitted over greater distances than traditional coax cable.

These devices are the perfect tools for installations with large building complexes and applications that feature existing fiber optic cable.

To transmit, connect the HD-SDI output from the camera into the HD2FO-TX1, then connect an LC type single-mode fiber optic cable to the device.

To receive, connect the end of the fiber optic cable into the HD2FO-RX1, and connect the BNC output into the HD-SDI equipped DVR.

The HD2FO-TX1 can transmit both HD-SDI signal & RS-485 data at distances up to 12 miles to the HD2FO-RX1 depending on your fiber optic cable integrity.

Each device comes in a mountable rugged aluminum housing, feature LED indicators for Power, Video, Data and Fiber-optic Status, and are powered via an external power supply (sold separately).
